RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Inspirational Whatnots, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds may be available.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Most non-customized products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, an item must:
- Be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery;
- Be in its original condition;
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and components;
- Not fall within one of the non-returnable categories listed below.
Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, damage, odor, or misuse may be refused and returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or contain a verified production error on our part:
- Personalized products;
- Customized products;
- Made-to-order products;
- Special-order products;
- Digital products or downloadable content;
- Gift cards;
- Clearance, final-sale, or closeout items.
Examples may include personalized mirrors, customized mugs, embroidered items, personalized gifts, and other products created according to customer specifications.
Digital products and downloadable content are non-returnable and non-refundable because access is granted immediately upon purchase and delivery cannot be reversed.
Customer errors in submitted personalization information — including spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing selections, or other customization instructions — do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
3. Return Process

within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number;
- Name used for the order;
- Description of the item;
- Reason for the return;
- Photographs if applicable.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return results from our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Inspirational Whatnots, LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to us.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that:
- Arrived damaged;
- Contains a verified production defect;
- Differs materially from the item ordered; or
- Was shipped incorrectly by us,
please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@inspirationalwhatnots.com.
We may require photographs, videos, or other documentation to evaluate the claim.
If we determine that the issue resulted from our error, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the item;
- Repair the item;
- Issue a refund;
- Provide store credit.
In such cases, Inspirational Whatnots, LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs when return shipment is required.
6. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges.
Approved exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for exchange unless a verified production error or defect on our part occurred.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
8. Store Credit
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund or exchange. Store credit issued by Inspirational Whatnots, LLC:
- Has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash;
- May be applied toward future purchases on our website;
- Is non-transferable;
- Does not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.
Store credit will be issued in the amount approved at the time of resolution and communicated to you by email.
9. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
Orders refused by the customer at delivery, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, may be subject to:
- Original outbound shipping charges (non-refundable);
- Return shipping charges incurred by us.
Any refund issued for refused or unclaimed packages will be reduced by the above amounts. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to customer-provided address errors.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@inspirationalwhatnots.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
Filing a chargeback does not eliminate a customer’s obligations under our Terms of Use, this Return & Refund Policy, or other applicable agreements.
Inspirational Whatnots, LLC reserves all rights to contest improper or fraudulent chargebacks and to provide documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in support of such contests.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
